Refund Policy

This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for CleanMark PRO ("the Product").
1. Free Tier
CleanMark offers a free tier with 3 extracts per day. The free tier requires no payment and is not subject to this refund policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
We may offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Technical failure: The extension does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.
- Double charge: You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- License activation failure: Your license key cannot be activated and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- The extension working as described but not meeting personal expectations
- Inability to extract content from specific websites (some sites have restrictions)
- Issues caused by other browser extensions or system configurations
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at ppokasoft@gmail.com
- Include your payment transaction ID or license key
- Describe the issue you experienced
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be:
- Processed through the original payment method via Gumroad
- Completed within 5-10 business days
Upon refund, your PRO license key will be deactivated and your account will revert to the free tier (3 extracts per day).
